Admission to the aquatic facility will be refused to anyone appearing to have a contagious or infectious condition, such as a cold, athlete’s foot, ring worm, boils and other skin infections.
Families are welcome to watch their child’s lesson from designated areas. For the benefit of the lessons and the children, we do not allow any parent to sit up and close near where the class is taking place. At all times, Qmotion reserves the right to request parents to be seated elsewhere.
If your child is late for their lesson, they may only be allowed to join their class with their teachers’ permission. Under no circumstances should a swimmer enter the water without the knowledge of their teacher. If the lesson has already taken place it may not be possible for them to join another class, as there may not be another class at your child’s level or if there is, that class may already be full. Please respect the teachers’ decision in these instances, who have the safety and management of all their classes to consider.
Please appreciate that as the lessons are scheduled to run ‘back-to-back’, that there is no time for the teachers to discuss your child’s progress between sessions. Lesson times allow a few minutes for the changeover and registration of the swimmers only. Kindly talk to the club’s sports coordinator should you require addressing any questions, ideas and/or concerns. Alternatively you can call or email us.
Please do not interrupt the teachers or distract your child during the course of the lessons,
