Start to Sport


To say that sport is healthy is like kicking in an open door. But there’s much more to sport than just your health. Sport is a way of life, it is a remedy against the deterioration of society, a way of integration, a way of expressing yourself, it gives pleasure and above all it’s lots of fun.

Our Start to Sport programs are a perfect way for everyone to become active in a healthy and responsible manor. All programs have clear objectives and are aimed to keep people active.

While the foundation for each level is Medical Justification, Motivation, Information and Fun play a significant role as well.

Medically justified:

  • Assessment through fitness tests and equipment test (if applicable).
  • Injury prevention through extensive and much required warm-up sessions, sound exercises and sensible cooling down sessions.
Motivation:
  • Receive encouragement from our teachers, from our exercises during the classes and from other participants.
  • Receive a follow up feedback to help you stay focused on your goal.
Information:
  • Nutrition.
  • Physical well being.
  • Equipment.
  • Program specific Events.
Fun:
  • It’s the only way we know how to do it.
We all have an excuse not to become active so what’s your excuse not to Start to Sport?!
