Our Start to Walk program is designed for young and old, for in-active and semi-active people but also for the very fit.

Obviously this program is more than just going for a walk. Its goal is to enhance a persons’ fitness as well as it is intended to be a social workout.

  • A justified built-up of program sessions.
  • Offering a healthy way of being active even if you have mild health conditions.
